Mamado Fitness
Refund and warranty policy
**All sales are final.** MAMADO FITNESS generally does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
**Exceptions:**
* **Cancellations:** If you cancel an order **within 24 hours of purchase**, you'll be charged a **15% restocking fee**. After 24 hours, or if the item is special/custom ordered or has already shipped, it **cannot be canceled**.
* **Damaged during shipping:** If your equipment arrives damaged, you have the **right to refuse delivery**. MAMADO FITNESS will pay for return shipping, and you'll receive a **full refund** once they receive the damaged goods back at their facility.
* **Refund Discretion:** Any refunds not covered by the above are solely at the **discretion of MAMADO FITNESS**.

## Warranty Information
Your warranty begins on the date MAMADO FITNESS **ships the equipment** to you.
**What's Covered:**
* **Shipping Damage:** Any damage that occurs during shipping must be reported with an emailed picture **within 24 hours of delivery**.
* **Parts:** MAMADO FITNESS will cover the cost of parts for warranty issues and shipping for those parts, as well as shipping for any parts that need to be returned to them (unless stated otherwise).
* **Technician Labor (Domestic Customers):** If a certified and authorized MAMADO FITNESS technician is required, MAMADO FITNESS has the first right to try and fix the issue themselves. If a technician is needed, the equipment must be within a **100-mile radius** of an authorized technician.
* **International Customers:** Only parts are covered by the warranty. Labor is **not covered**. Parts can be shipped to a freight forwarder in the U.S. (unless noted otherwise), and shipping to the final destination is your responsibility.
**What Voids Your Warranty / What's Not Covered:**
* **Normal Wear and Tear:** This includes items like **belts, decks, consoles, grips, pads, upholstery, and batteries**. Touch screen consoles are also considered wear and tear.
* **Lack of Maintenance:** You must provide proof of routine maintenance by a certified technician.
* **Commercial Use:** Maintenance is required **once every 3 months**.
* **Residential Use (with extended warranty):** Maintenance is required **once every 12 months**.
* Failure to provide proof of maintenance will **void your warranty**, including any extended warranty.
* **Customer Tampering:** If you take apart the equipment without express written consent from MAMADO FITNESS, your warranty will be **voided**.
* **Incorrect Electrical Connections:** If it's determined that your facility has incorrect electrical connections, circuits, or amperage that causes errors or product failures, the warranty will be **voided**. Some equipment, like treadmills, requires a dedicated circuit. It's your responsibility to ensure proper voltages and amperages are used.
**Warranty Process:**
* All warranty issues are at the **discretion and authorization of MAMADO FITNESS**.
* MAMADO FITNESS has the first right to try and fix the problem before determining if a certified technician will be used.
* Any technicians must be **certified and authorized by MAMADO FITNESS only**.
* Returns for warranty issues are at the **discretion of MAMADO FITNESS**, and you are responsible for **return shipping**.
* MAMADO FITNESS must be given the opportunity to remedy any warranty issues.

## Legal Disputes
Any legal disputes will be subject to the **exclusive jurisdiction of Texas courts**, and Texas will be the only choice of venue.
